本隐私政策说明 钛动科技股份有限公司（TecDo Technology Co., Limited）（以下简称"我们"）在提供 Shopify 应用 Tec-growth GEO Optimizer（以下简称"本应用"）时，如何收集、使用和保护相关信息。安装或使用本应用即表示您同意以下做法。

1. 适用对象

本政策适用于安装并使用本应用的 Shopify 商家（以下简称"您"或"商家"），说明我们如何处理通过本应用访问的商家及店铺数据。所有 API 使用均符合 Shopify 的 API 服务条款与平台政策。

2. 我们收集的信息

我们仅收集运行本应用功能所必需的数据：

商家账户数据 —— 您的店铺名称、店铺 URL、店铺 ID 及应用配置设置。
店铺内容数据 —— 商品信息、页面与产品系列内容、元数据及店铺结构，用于生成 AI 可读的结构化数据与发现文件。
AI 流量分析数据 —— 为识别来自 AI 平台（如 ChatGPT 和 Gemini）的访问，本应用会读取页面访问的来源（referrer）与 UTM 参数。该数据会被即时聚合。我们不存储任何访客级标识符，不存储 IP 地址，也不为追踪设置 Cookie。由此产生的指标为匿名数据，无法用于识别任何个人访客。
使用与日志数据 —— 功能使用情况、错误日志及诊断信息，用于运行、保护和改进本应用。

我们不收集的信息

我们不会访问或处理消费者个人数据（如姓名、邮箱、订单历史、支付信息）、订单数据、库存数据或其他与核心功能无关的敏感商家数据。

3. 我们如何使用您的信息

我们依据与您签订的《服务条款》所约定的合同关系处理此类信息，旨在提供并改进本应用的核心功能。我们仅将上述信息用于：

运行本应用的核心功能，包括为您的店铺生成 JSON-LD 结构化数据、SEO 元标签，以及可一键复制的 llms.txt / robots.txt 内容。
提供匿名、聚合的 AI 流量归因，使您可以了解哪些页面获得了来自 AI 的访问。
维护、保护、调试和改进本应用。
履行法律义务及 Shopify 平台要求。

我们不会为商业或营销目的出售您的个人数据或店铺数据。

本应用不会为流量追踪设置 Cookie，也不使用访客指纹识别。AI 流量分析仅依赖聚合后的来源/UTM 数据，不含任何持久性访客标识符。

5. 第三方子处理方

我们仅为运行本应用，与受信任的服务提供商共享数据，包括：

用于数据存储与处理的云基础设施与托管服务商。
用于诊断与内容生成的 AI 服务商。
用于安全、日志与监控的技术服务商。

所有子处理方均受与本政策一致的数据处理协议约束。

我们仅在以下情况共享数据：

为运行 Shopify 集成所必需；
法律要求时（例如遵守适用法律或有效法律程序）；或
作为业务转让的一部分（如合并或收购），并受保密保护。

7. 数据安全

我们采用行业标准的安全措施，包括传输加密、访问控制和定期安全审查。但任何传输或存储方式都无法做到绝对安全，我们无法保证绝对的安全性。

8. 数据存储

数据存储于具备适当技术与组织保障措施的安全云基础设施上。

9. 数据保留

商家账户数据与店铺内容数据 —— 在您卸载本应用后 7 天内删除。
使用与日志数据 —— 最长保留 365 天，之后删除或匿名化。
AI 流量分析数据 —— 仅以匿名聚合形式存储，不保留任何个人数据。

删除与匿名化均遵循 Shopify 的 GDPR 要求。

10. 您的数据权利

根据您所在司法辖区的规定（包括 GDPR 与 CCPA），您可能享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、数据可携，以及反对处理的权利。如需行使这些权利，请通过 geo@tec-do.com 与我们联系。

我们在规定时限内支持 Shopify 的三个强制合规 Webhook：

customers/data_request —— 由于我们不存储消费者个人数据，对此类请求我们没有可返回的客户个人数据。
customers/redact —— 由于我们不存储消费者个人数据，因此没有可删除的客户个人数据。
shop/redact —— 收到该请求后（由 Shopify 在卸载 48 小时后发送），我们会删除该商家已存储的店铺数据。

12. AI 训练与数据使用

我们不会使用您的店铺数据为第三方训练通用 AI 模型，也不会将其用于与本应用功能无关的目的。所有处理仅限于实现本应用的功能。

13. 请勿追踪（DNT）

本应用不追踪个人访客，也不响应浏览器的"请勿追踪（Do Not Track）"信号，因为本应用不进行任何个人层面的追踪。

14. 本政策的变更

我们可能会不时更新本政策。重大变更将通过更新上方的"最后更新日期"体现。变更后继续使用本应用即视为接受变更。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TecDo Technology Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our Shopify application Tec-growth GEO Optimizer (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to Shopify merchants who install and use the App ("you" or "Merchant"). It describes how we handle Merchant and store data accessed through the App. All API usage complies with Shopify's API Terms of Service and Platform Policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the data needed to operate the App's features:

Merchant Account Data — your store name, store URL, store ID, and App configuration settings.
Store Content Data — product information, page and collection content, metadata, and store structure, used to generate AI-readable structured data and discovery files.
AI Traffic Analytics — to identify visits arriving from AI platforms (such as ChatGPT and Gemini), the App reads the referrer and UTM parameters of incoming page views. This data is aggregated immediately. We do not store any visitor-level identifier, we do not store IP addresses, and we do not set cookies for tracking. The resulting metrics are anonymous and cannot be used to identify any individual visitor.
Usage & Log Data — feature usage, error logs, and diagnostic information used to operate, secure, and improve the App.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not access or process consumer personal data (such as names, email addresses, order history, or payment information), order data, inventory data, or other sensitive merchant data unrelated to the App's core functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process this information based on our contractual relationship with you (the Merchant), as described in our Terms of Service, to provide and improve the App's core functionality. We use the information above only to:

Operate the App's core functionality, including generating JSON-LD structured data, SEO meta tags, and copy-ready llms.txt / robots.txt content for your store.
Provide anonymous, aggregated AI traffic attribution so you can see which pages receive AI-sourced visits.
Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the App.
Comply with legal obligations and Shopify platform requirements.

We do not sell your personal data or store data for commercial or marketing purposes.

The App does not set cookies for traffic tracking and does not use visitor fingerprinting. AI traffic analytics rely solely on aggregated referrer/UTM data, with no persistent visitor identifiers.

5. Third-Party Subprocessors

We may share data with trusted service providers strictly to operate the App, including:

Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers for data storage and processing.
AI service providers for diagnostics and content generation.
Technical service providers for security, logging, and monitoring.

All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with this Policy.

We share data only when:

Required to operate the Shopify integration;
Legally required (e.g., to comply with applicable law or valid legal process); or
Part of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), subject to confidentiality protections.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Storage

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

9. Data Retention

Merchant Account Data and Store Content Data — deleted within 7 days after you uninstall the App.
Usage & Log Data — retained for up to 365 days, then deleted or anonymized.
AI Traffic Analytics — stored only as anonymous aggregates; no personal data is retained.

Deletion and anonymization follow Shopify's GDPR requirements.

10. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at geo@tec-do.com.

We support the three mandatory Shopify compliance webhooks within the required timeframes:

customers/data_request — Because we do not store consumer personal data, we have no customer personal data to return in response to such a request.
customers/redact — Because we do not store consumer personal data, there is no customer personal data to delete.
shop/redact — Upon receiving this request (sent by Shopify 48 hours after uninstall), we delete the Merchant's stored store data.

12. AI Training and Data Usage

We do not use your store data to train general-purpose AI models for third parties or for purposes unrelated to the App's features. Processing is limited to delivering the App's functionality.

13. Do Not Track (DNT)

The App does not track individual visitors and does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no individual-level tracking takes place.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

本服务条款（以下简称"本条款"）约束您对 Shopify 应用 Tec-growth GEO Optimizer（以下简称"本应用"）的访问与使用。本应用由 钛动科技股份有限公司（TecDo Technology Co., Limited）（以下简称"我们"）提供。安装或使用本应用即表示您同意本条款。

1. 资格

使用本应用，您必须拥有有效的 Shopify 账户，且年满 18 周岁（或您所在司法辖区的法定成年年龄）。使用本应用即表示您声明符合上述要求。

2. 应用使用许可

我们授予您有限的、非排他的、不可转让的许可，仅供您在自己的 Shopify 店铺中用于内部业务目的。您不得复制、修改、逆向工程、基于本应用创建衍生作品，亦不得转售、再许可、出租或分发本应用，或将其用于任何非法、侵权或未经授权的活动。

3. 应用功能

本应用通过以下方式帮助提升您的店铺在 AI 搜索平台上的可发现性：

为您的页面生成 JSON-LD 结构化数据与 SEO 元标签；
生成可一键复制的 llms.txt 与 robots.txt 内容，供您添加到店铺主题中；
提供关于来自 AI 平台流量的匿名、聚合分析。

本应用协助提升 AI 可发现性，但不保证任何特定的流量、排名、销售或结果，这些取决于我们无法控制的因素。

4. 商家责任

您需负责：

维护您 Shopify 账户的安全；
确保您的店铺内容符合适用法律及 Shopify 的政策；
审核并正确应用本应用为您生成的任何内容（包括将 llms.txt / robots.txt 内容粘贴到您的主题中）；以及
遵守适用的数据保护与隐私法律。具体而言，您需要负责：
- 通过您自己的店铺隐私政策，告知您的客户您使用了第三方应用（例如我们的应用）；
- 在适用的情况下，确保您拥有收集和使用客户数据的有效法律依据（例如合法利益或用户同意）；
- 响应您的客户提出的任何数据主体请求（例如访问、删除数据）；
- 以及其他所有适用法律法规所要求的合规义务。

5. 费用与支付

本应用目前可免费安装和使用。若我们未来推出付费功能，相关费用将在本应用内或 Shopify App Store 中向您展示，并通过 Shopify Billing API 进行计费。未经您事先同意，我们不会向您收费，您也可以拒绝任何付费计划。如适用退款，将按照 Shopify 的政策处理。

6. 知识产权

本应用的所有权利、所有权及权益（包括其软件、设计、商标和内容）均归我们所有。本条款不授予您对本应用的任何所有权。

7. 隐私

您对本应用的使用同时受我们的隐私政策约束，该政策通过引用并入本条款。

8. 免责声明

本应用按"现状"和"现有"基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证。我们不保证本应用不会中断、无错误或完全安全，也不保证其产生任何特定结果。

9. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于任何间接的、附带的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害，或任何利润、收入、数据或商誉的损失，我们概不负责。我们因本条款或本应用引起或与之相关的累计总责任，不超过您在索赔发生前十二（12）个月内向我们支付的金额（如有）。

10. 终止

如您违反本条款、违反 Shopify 政策或从事非法活动，我们可立即暂停或终止您对本应用的访问。您可随时通过从 Shopify 店铺卸载本应用来停止使用。

11. 管辖法律

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突原则。

12. 本条款的变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过更新上方的"最后更新日期"体现。变更生效后继续使用本应用即视为接受变更。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shopify application Tec-growth GEO Optimizer (the "App"), provided by TecDo Technology Co., Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use the App, you must have a valid Shopify account and be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes on your Shopify store. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App, or use it for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized activity.

3. App Functionality

The App helps make your store more discoverable by AI search platforms by:

Generating JSON-LD structured data and SEO meta tags for your pages;
Generating copy-ready llms.txt and robots.txt content for you to add to your store theme;
Providing anonymous, aggregated analytics on traffic arriving from AI platforms.

The App assists with AI discoverability but does not guarantee any specific traffic, rankings, sales, or results, which depend on factors outside our control.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Shopify account;
Ensuring your store content complies with applicable laws and Shopify's policies;
Reviewing and correctly applying any content the App generates for you (including pasting llms.txt / robots.txt content into your theme); and
Complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Specifically, you are responsible for:
- Informing your customers about your use of third-party apps (like ours) through your own store's privacy policy.
- Ensuring you have a valid legal basis (such as legitimate interest or consent) for collecting and using your customers' data, where applicable.
- Responding to any data subject requests (e.g., access, deletion) from your customers.
- Complying with any other applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

5. Fees and Payment

The App is currently free to install and use. If we introduce paid features in the future, the applicable charges will be presented to you within the App or on the Shopify App Store, and billing will be processed through the Shopify Billing API. You will not be charged without your prior consent, and you may decline any paid plan. Any refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with Shopify's policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, remain with us. These Terms grant you no ownership rights in the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure, or that it will produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the amounts you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms, breach Shopify's policies, or engage in unlawful activity. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
