From Competing on Price to Competing on Preference: AI Driving Industries' Strategic Ascent to High-Value Globalization
The symposium thoroughly implemented the domestic guidences of the National Two Sessions and aligned with the requirements of the "Opinion of the State Council on Deepening the Implementation of the ‘Artificial Intelligence Plus AI Plus’ Initiative", focusing on AI and intelligent agent innovation as core drivers, and set the direction for high-quality development of the internet industry at the outset of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
Li Shuhao, Founder & CEO of Tec-Do 2.0, representing a domestic-level "Little Giant" specialized and sophisticated SME, was invited to attend and speak at the event. He shared practical insights and industry perspectives on how AI empowers enterprises to achieve high-quality global expansion.

In his remarks, Li systematically articulated a new paradigm for China's participation in global competition. He noted that AI is reshaping the global competitive landscape with unprecedented depth and breadth. The breakthrough for enterprises going global lies in shifting from efficiency-driven competition in manufacturing to AI-powered capabilities in deeply understanding global consumers and building meaningful value resonance. This transformation enables a leap from competing on cost to winning through brand affinity. The core of competition is also evolving from traditional cost-performance advantages to what he termed "emotional value-performance", a form of value increasingly identified, defined, and delivered through AI-driven precision, with the aim of securing deeper consumer resonance and affinity.
Li further emphasized that AI is a critical variable for industries to move up the high-value segment of the "Smiling Curve". Leveraging AI's ability to understand and adapt to diverse cultural contexts, enterprises can efficiently bridge cultural gaps, achieve the transition from "product export" to "brand globalization", and ultimately reach the strategic high ground of "brand premium".
Nine Years of Deep Focus: Tec-Do 2.0 Reconstructs the Entire Global Marketing Value Chain with AI

The symposium underscored that during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, it is imperative to reinforce confidence in globalization, accelerate the international expansion of digital products and services, and advance the shared prosperity of the global digital economy.
