Tec-Do 2.0 at APEC: Bringing AI-Powered Global Growth to the World Stage

2026-05-21
On May 20, the APEC Startup Alliance Forum convened in Seoul, South Korea. Tec-Do 2.0 attended as a representative AI technology company from Guangzhou, with Wang Yang, Vice President of Tec-Do 2.0 and SparkFly founder, delivering a keynote on how AI Agents are reshaping the way businesses grow globally.

The forum was hosted by the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency (KOSME), bringing together government representatives from APEC member economies, startup ecosystem experts, investors, and technology leaders to discuss strengthening regional entrepreneurship networks, applying emerging technologies like AI to drive innovation, and supporting startups in expanding into global markets.

1·Navos Marketing Multi-Agent: Laying the Foundation for SME Global Expansion

Wang Yang's keynote, titled "The Shift from Generic to Specialized AI Agent Redefines Global Growth" addressed a shift he sees accelerating in 2026 — the year widely regarded as the first real year of AI application at scale. Foundation models are moving from research into production, and multi-agent coordination is becoming a new competitive variable in global markets. The traditional manufacturing-to-brand division of labor in international trade is giving way to what "AI-driven competitive parity", giving SMEs across Asia-Pacific genuine tools to compete on the world stage.

Drawing on Tec-Do 2.0's practice, Wang Yang walked through how AI Agents are restructuring the entire overseas marketing chain:
· Tec-Chi, Tec-Do 2.0's proprietary multimodal foundation model, built specifically for cross-border marketing scenarios.
· Navos, built on top of Tec-Chi MLLMs, the marketing multi-agent, can compress what traditionally takes months of market research and campaign planning into just a few hours, delivering end-to-end intelligence across market insight, creative generation, ad placement, and performance optimization.

This systematic overhaul of the overseas marketing workflow is building a new infrastructure layer that enables SMEs to compete globally. He demonstrated live: a single natural language prompt in Navos automatically pulls cross-platform data, tracks competitor trends, deconstructs top-performing creatives, and generates budget allocation recommendations — a complete, actionable strategic brief ready to guide real business decisions.

This kind of accessible intelligence is turning the vision of technology equity into reality. Regardless of where an economy sits in its development stage, SMEs can now participate in global value chains with greater ease and at a lower barrier to entry.

Wang also introduced SparkFly, a Tec-Do 2.0 brand dedicated to delivering customized marketing services through precise market intelligence, deep global campaign experience, diversified performance data, advanced marketing technology, and an extensive creator network. SparkFly has already driven meaningful growth for numerous brands expanding overseas through influencer marketing and creative content.

During the forum, the APEC Startup Alliance was officially launched, with a mandate to deepen entrepreneurship connections and resource sharing across Asia-Pacific economies. As a representative of China's AI marketing technology sector, Tec-Do 2.0 will actively participate in cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange within the Alliance framework, contributing to narrowing the AI capability gap across the region.

2·China's APEC Year: Tec-Do 2.0 Leverages AI to Drive Brand Globalization Upgrades

2026 marks China's third time hosting APEC, with over 300 events planned across the year — including 11 ministerial meetings covering trade, the digital economy, artificial intelligence, and SMEs. The APEC Digital Week in July will focus specifically on AI and data flows.

Wang noted that Tec-Do 2.0 is committed to responding to APEC's cooperation agenda — using AI Martech to empower more global brands navigate cultural and market barriers, and move up the value chain from "made in China" to "branded globally" to "brand-led pricing."

Tec-Do 2.0's work in this space is already at scale:
· Through Tec-Chi and Navos, the company has made sophisticated cross-border market research, localized creative production, and multi-channel campaign optimization accessible to SMEs via an agent-based model.
· In 2025, Tec-Do 2.0 served over 100,000 advertisers, with AI-powered marketing capabilities delivering significantly lower customer acquisition costs and substantially higher brand exposure efficiency in global market.

Wang said, "By bridging APEC with AI, we aim to build a new infrastructure for global success. Together, let's help more brands shine worldwide!"
